so it goes through mud and snow and over a step....but for a fraction of what it cost i can have a jeep that will do all that, plus rock crawling and tight trails a hummer would just never go? the original humvees have their place for going fast on relatively easy terrain, but a jeep will still out wheel it on real trails.

I have a lifted 2 dr jeep rubicon on 35's and I know without a doubt a stock H1 will still kick the shit out of my jeep. I'm in the Marines and have driven a lot of basic military H1's like the one in this video, They are indestructible and will bash, crawl, plow, glide over just about anything. If I had the money I'd buy one in a second.

If you are driving a car a lot less, you should be paying much less. Head to this web page to get a better deal, and lose your pricey automobile coverage.

That depends on the Jeep. The Grand Cherokees with the Hemi will out-tow any of the Hummers on a daily basis.

You just proved me right. Like you said, it's rigid. It won't articulate. That means, you can't go as many places as Jeeps. Besides, who's the real idiot? You just replied to every comment on a YouTube video about a vehicle who's company doesn't even exist anymore. Way to go, loser! Haha.

You're an idiot, Hummers are not meant to articulate. It's designed to be rigid; just another off road traditionalist that doesn't understand outside of their little mind...

I have never had an issue driving in town or parking; the turning radius is surprisingly awesome.

They really aren't long at all. And the only issue offroad is trees because they may be slightly wide.
